Hello Ladies: After reading about your successes, I decided to purchase Lipovarin and should have it by Wednesday. I'd like to lose 15 lbs, but of course 20 would better! Wink I've taken your advise and began an exercise regimen on Saturday so hopefully the exercise/Lipovarin combo will work as well for me as it did for the two of you. Thanks for sharing your stories and wish me luck.

How are you? You know what, even though you did not see a loss, you are sure to see one this week. What days do you usually weigh on? Are you still doing tap for exercise? Or are you doing something else? I think what helped me out is that I have started doing the eliptical with my jogging, instead of straight jogging. I really think that has helped jump me a bit in the past 2 weeks. I love it!! Funny thing is I've had it over a year(still brand new), but I tried it once and couldn't do more than 2 minutes on it. I read somewhere that you have to build up to your amount of time and distance slowly, and ya know what, they were right. I started at 5, then 10, then 15 and now I can do 30. Sometimes a change in exercise can help jump your metabolism too don't forget. Another thing is sometimes if I'm doing great eating, I may have a cheat day and I will notice that I may lose a pound more that week. I don't know if it's it's my body reacting to extra calories or what, but it works. LOL. I'm so jealous! I can't believe you're in a 6!!! How tall are you? I have not bought clothes for a while, but I think I may be in a 12 now. I was in an 18/20 Christmas. My goal is to fit into a 10! I'm 5'3 by the way. Funny, even at 130 I think I'm still considered close to being overweight for my height. If you go by some of the online charts, that's just crazy. We have both come a long way girl! I'm happy for both of us! I definately think this will be our healthiest holiday season!! I can't wait for hubby's Christmas party this year, they are going to die!! LOL. I'm hoping to be at my goal by then and that will make me 50 lbs. lighter than last year!! Well, had a late start today, so I'm off to workout right now. Have a super week and I will post on Friday!!

I'm glad to hear you started an exercise regimen to go with your healthier eating habits and Lipovarin! That is just great and I wish you the best of luck in your weight loss efforts!! I am sure you will lose without a problem. I like to share my stories with everyone because even if it motivates or inspires one person to change their lifestyle and eating habits to get healther, I know that is one more person in the world that may not suffer diabetes, heartattack, etc., and it shows them that they CAN do it too!!

Again, best of luck and keep us posted!!

Debra--I really think that you will like what Lipovarin does for you. I only used one bottle, but it was enough to help me get 10 pounds off in a month and get me motivated to get the rest off on my own. Good luck to you!

Melly--Funny that you should mention about you DH's Christmas party. I was just thinking of my DH's Christmas party this year. It is in Sacramento, so I don't see these people until this party. The first time there I was 185 pounds and last year I was 149, so I want to blow them away at 130 pounds this year.

I am 5'5.5" tall. I think 130 for 5'3" is a very healthy weight and not overweight at all. Don't even worry about it.

I am still Tapping and loving it. I do different T-Tapp routines each week to shake up my body so it doesn't get use to one workout, like you do. It has really leaned out my muscles from all the years of doing The Firm workouts.

Oh, and I am a daily weigher! LOL I can't help it; I'm addicted. I feel like if I don't weigh in daily, it'll just give me permission to eat that day. I was 139 this morning. Yay!

Talk to you soon!

This morning I weighed in at 136.5!!!!! Very Happy Surprised I lost 1.5 this week. I'm so freakin excited!!!!! Only 6.5 lbs. more to go and I'm officially DONE!! How is everyone else doing? Question I didn't workout yesterday. I took the day off. I workout pretty much everyday, and sometimes I need a break. Besides, my monthly will be here soon, and usually I am out of commission for at least 2 days. So I will probably be having 2 days off very soon. But for today, workout as ususal. I can't wait for 130, because then I can start to work on maintenance, which is so much easier than losing, as we all know. I have also been working on toning, but only been lifting for that. Does anyone know any good videos that I can do? Also, I got a job!! I am so excited and eager to start. This unemployement shit is good for like a month, but then it gets old fast. I will be making $4,500 MORE a year than at my last jog!! I'm so happy that things are looking up for me. It's about damn time!! Anyway, everyone have a FANTASTIC weekend and be back Monday to post my weigh in. I'm hoping for at least 136 even, but we'll see.

I can tell you have been working out too much or you are getting paid way better than the rest of us for jogging Laughing If someone would pay me $4500 a year I would jog.

Thanks so much for sharing your success with us it really is motivating to talk to people who have done it instead of just reading the odd success story in a magazine. By everyone here sharing it lets us know that everyone can do it not just the one out of a million you see in magazines. That being said are you posting your pictures soon we would all love to see them Question

Oh, Melly, I am so happy for you!!! You are definitely on a roll. I, too, have lost a pound and a half since last Friday, putting me at 138 this morning. Can you believe we are almost at goal? Shocked I want to reach mine by my birthday at the end of November. I will surely get there with losing a pound and a half a week and, of course, so will you!

Light--I agree; I think Melly should post before and after pics, too. What do you think Melly? We'd love to see them, and they would inspire so many people.

I can't wait to see what you will weigh on Monday. Hopefully, we can lose a half-pound to a pound each.

Until then,

Sandy

You are more than welcome. I agree about the real people thing and not just some Mary from Mexico out of a magazine. Rolling Eyes EVERYONE can do it, most definately!! But they have to WANT to do it; that is the key. If they don't, like everything else, they will fail. You have to WANT it. I will definately get some before/after shots on here soon, I promise!!! Very Happy Thanks for reading my posts and sharing in my success. It's so nice to share with people. Have a GREAT weekend!! Wink

Hi Ladies, well i just wanted to thank you for your encouragement and again for posting your stories as they are inspirational!

Here's a possible exercise tape for you Melly: Slim in 6. I actually purchased this over the summer but didn't begin until last saturday. (Note that I began because you were both adamant about Lipovarin working in conjunction with exercise) Anyhow, I began the first phase of the dvd saturday and added Lipovarin this past Thursday. With the exercise I lost 4 lbs and another 1 lb when I added lipovarin, which of course brings my total weight loss to 5 lbs in one week!!! I began the second phase of SI6 this morning and it is extremely challenging but i feel proud that I amable to complete the workouts, which gives me the motivation to keep at it. I highly recommend giving Slim in 6 a try.

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you so that scale says what you want it say come monday morning...

Hello Debra:
Very Happy
Please don't thank us, we love doing it and helping others!! Embarassed I will look for Slim in 6 at Walmart today. I need a tape. I need to start working on toning now that I am almost at goal. I've been lifting and other stretch routines, but I really need to firm and tone even more now! I'm glad you started working out with Lipovarin and CONGRATS on your 5 lbs. lost!!! Shocked WOO HOOOOOOO What a GREAT beginning!! Please do NOT get frustrated when your loss slows down, because after sometime, you will slow down to 1 lb. or 2 a week. KEEP AT IT! It takes a long time, I'm not going to say it won't. It's been almost 9 months Rolling Eyes for me and I've lost 44 lbs. so far. You WILL keep losing as long as you keep doing what you are doing. It's just that it may slow down a bit. I'm happy to hear that Debra and keep us posted!!! Again, YAYYYYYYYYYY!!

Still hanging on to 136.5!! LOL. That's o.k. though, considering I did cheat a bit this weekend. We went out Saturday night for dinner and dessert and it was AWESOME! Then, just when I thought it was over, my sis calls us up and invites us to breakfast!! Now keep in mind it has been 9 months since I've eaten a FULL breakfast!! We split our plates and had a little of everything and in good portions too. It was so yummy!! I haven't had crepes or hash or homefries in forever!!!! It's so nice to cheat every now and then. I did good though. I did small portions and did not overeat at all. I thought I would gain at least a pound, and NOT ONE!! Cool How cool is that!!! Well, all I can say is..........COME ON 135 FOR FRIDAY!!! LOL!!! How is everyone else doing? Sandy, how are you honey? How was your weekend?
