| Lather wrote: | | I just started taking Lipovarin about 1 week ago and so far it's made me extremely nasseated and tired. I ordered 4 bottles thinking this was IT! I would take the recommended dosage each day, work out, and not give up or expect too much too soon. But I have been SICK! Bloated, queasy and so tired and dizzy I can't work out when I get home. I haven't seen any difference in my appetite (no less hungry than usual) and I have gained almost 5 pounds in a week! I know it affects everyone differently, but am I not giving it a chance or is it maybe just not for me!? It seems that 1 week isn't even long enough to let my system adjust, but I don't know how much longer I can stand the stomachaches and nassea. I have been at the same weight for years (I don't gain or lose more than a pound or two, so gaining this much this fast is really freaking me out!) It seems to be working for everyone else? I need advice. If I was losing weight and not feeling well, at least I'd have that to go on, but this is miserable. I normally weigh between 168 and 171 and I'm almost 177 today! |
First of all, try lowering the dosage. I could NEVER do the recommended 3 pills 2'x a day. I was nausea the whole first week I was on them. This is your body getting adjusted. It is for a short time and you will begin to feel better. LEt me ask you this:
1) Are you eating healthier?
2) Are you making sure you snack healthy?
3) ARe you exercising???
4) Are you drinking at least 8 8 0z. cups of water a day or more? If not, this will give you headaches and make your nausea worse
5) How long have you been on them now?
I don't understand why you would GAIN on these pills, although I realize everyone was different. Were you snacking MORE did it seem? Like I said lower your dosage maybe to 2 pills twice a day and do what you're doing and let us know if you notice a difference. Every diet/program works differently on people. You have to find what works for you. It could be this is not it, but I honestly don't see how it could NOT work unless you are not doing the recommended things along with it. Let us know...

| Mel, thanks for the boost of confidence. Once again you are an inspiration. How were you able to post your pictures? Hasn't your life changed dramatically? It's amazing isn't it. When I first lost all of that weight I found out who my real friends are. Some people can be cruel when it comes to people succeding, that's the only part that sucks! Take care:) |
