Fake Reductil pills?

I wasn't too happy asking my doctor for Reductil so foolishly ordered some from Euro Meds. Took five weeks to get here from the Maldives. There is no packaging or instructions on dosage - just tablets in the foil. Now I'm worried to take them. Could they be fakes?
