Hi everyone,

anyone have any experience with a bosu ball?? i'm thinking of getting one but i'd like to hear some personal experiences with them.

also, anyone have any exerices for a balance board, other than balancing haha??

Yes! I have some experience with the Bosu Ball, and it's an excellent exercise tool.

First off, if you acquire one, make SURE it's correctly inflated. There will be an instruction manual and pump inside the box, so do exactly as it says. Nothing will ruin an exercise session like an improperly inflated ball.

I've used it for posture straightening, and it's helped quite a bit. I've also used it for ab curls when I had to do a low-impact regimen, and it worked beautifully. They really are a quality product (as are all things made by Bosu, really).
