here isa friend Pamela on the hCG challenge, the same weight loss thing i am doing, i dont have a digital camera so i want to get some opinions on this loss.



STATS STARTING CURRENT CHANGE
Weight: 224 lbs 206.5 lbs -17.5 lbs
Chest: 50" 47" -3"
Waist: 44.5" 41.5" -3"
Tummy: 49.75" 46.5" -3.25"
Hips: 47.5" 44.5" -3"
Left Thigh: 26.5" 22.5" -4"
Right Thigh: 26" 23.5" -2.5"
Left Arm: 15" 14" -1"

Right Arm: 14.5" 14" -.5"
Total Loss: 17.5 lbs 20.25"

How long has she/you been doing the HCG Shot? You can definately see a difference in the pics - then you read the stats and there is definately changes!!!

I just started with the HCG Shots yesterday. I am so anxious to see how I do. Are you doing only the shots?
