We don't have any kids yet but I do want to be very healthy. That's why I would like to lose a little bit more weight so when I gain that extra 25 or 30 I wont be over 200lbs & I'll bounce back to my normal weight. I can't weight to see pictures!!

Thank you very much! I will definatly be posting pics when I get them!!
Again, thank you for your warm wishes. |
I read your forum and it is what inspired me to buy Lipovarin. I have been on it for about a week and it has me feeling a little weird. For one thing I am extremely tired after taking them, and I havent noticed a reduction in cravings. I am not a coffee or soda drinker in fact most people consider me a water hog. I started on 4/24/06, and I havent budged. Any advice for me? I purchased the three week system to kick start my weight loss but I will not stay on Lipo if I do not see atleast a 6lb loss with the Lipovarin. I even heard of folks gaining weight on the stuff, I have noticed that a pair of jeans that fit last week are a little snug. Is this normal? Please help, you seemed to be one of the only people that have been consistant so your feedback means alot.
Thanks

Hello Monique:
First let me say that I'm glad that I was able to be an inspiration to you. So you are gaining weight and the pills are making you tired??? I'm not sure what advice I can give you. Remember not every pill/shake/program is right for everyone you have to find what works for you. It just so happen that Lipovarin is what worked for me. If you are eating three healthy meals a day and snacking in between, drinking at least 80+ oz. of water a day and working out, you should not be gaining weight. Do you have a thyroid or have you been checked for one? As for the jeans are you sure you are not retaining water? Are you drinking too much water?? I'm sorry I can't be of more help, but did want to answer your post and offer you what I could. I wish you the best of luck, and if it doesn't work for you within a month, then if I were you I would probably stop taking it to. Like I said, certain things are not for everyone. I do wish you the best of luck with your weight loss in whatever you do in the future. Remember, try to always stay positive!! We can all do this. Hell, when I have this baby I will be right back again at it too!
Best wishes,
Melly |

Hi Mell!
Your response means a million!!! I actually have stopped taking them as of Monday. It had me feeling really crazy. I think I will try more conventional methods. I was a medicine called Lupron Depot and it made me gain 30lbs, thats 30lbs on top of what I already had to lose!! The Lupron puts you in menopause temporarily and that shut me down all the way. I will make it a point to see a doctor as I put on weight like crazy the last couple of years... On water. I drink LOTS OF IT... sometimes more than 8 glasses. Is retention common with Lipovarin? Thanks for your response!! |
