I bought a bottle of ephedrine 8 mg but have no idea how many to take and when.???

What does it says on the instructions?

it says take 8 mg every 6 to 8 hrs. but iw ant intructions for taking 25 mg

why not follow the instructions with the pills? i don't understand.

my advice: take 3 8mg pills 3 times a day with one 200mg caffeine pill with one aspirin. If you don't tolerate aspirin, don't take it. You'll thank me for this.

The reason is that you need around 20mg ephedrine daily for it to work, but it alone doesn't metabolize as well, so caffeine comes into play. Also, aspirin seems to be a catalyst for the whole thing. The only way to complete 20mg is (roughly) by 3 pills of 8mg (3x8).

Hey, where did you order the 8mg ephedrine? I ordered some 8mg bottles early last week from a canadian site and STILL haven't received it so I'm beginning to think it was a bogus site and I may have gotten ripped off Sad

And btw, I would work toward 25mg doses 3x/day - but don't try to hurry your way up, work at your body's own pace because we begin to build up tolerance to ephedrine and (I'm not 100% certain on this number but I THINK) you're not supposed to take more than 100mg in a 24 hour period - it might even be 75... but usually when you're just starting, even just 25mg will have you feeling pretty jittery and will be plenty for the first week or so..... especially if you're adding caffeine to the mix Smile

Have you taken ephedra before? Start out with just one tablet. You might be really sorry if you take more, especially at first. Take it first thing in the morning with lots of water. I can almost promise you, if you take over 20mg, you will be up all night. And jittery. I take 10 mg and it's perfect.

I just started taking a pill called Tabolizer, it has 10 mg of ephedra and I can't feel a thing.... blah... I'll sit back and wait for the ECA Stack I ordered online...
