A permanent solution?
If Rimonabant blocks the CB1 receptors, and proves to work for some people (OK, so not on everyone), Is there any hope of there being an operation(surgery) developed that does exactly the same thing? like keyhole surgery or something.
A permanent solution?
Is this a crazy idea or just physically impossible? how many receptors does the body have?

There's probably billions, and they can only be seen with an electron microscope. So... no.
