Hi all!

I've noticed this question posed back in 2005 with no answers on any threads I've come across...please let me know an answer if you can!

I love the EAS AdvantEdge Carb Control chocolate fudge drinks...I get them at Sam's. They have 17g of protein, 110 Calories, 3 grams of fat, and 4 total carbs (2 of those dietary fiber). Are these acceptable in Phase 1 of SB???
