Everybody's bodys different ,what works for one person may not work for another . Iv'e tryed everything , I HATE feeling busy it makes me crazy , so the way I lost was taking Super Ditex W / 3 Mg. Benzocaine Iv'e lost 35 lbs. and never ever lost weight in my life . I'm so amazed , I could cry .
