xenadrine make me sickis

you can read about my experiences with it under the heading "xenadrine anyone" and yes it sometimes makes me feel sick. in fact i hadn't taken it in a while and i took some on saturday morning, and had to come home cause i was shaking and sweating profusely. at least i felt like it was doing something!

I spoke with my doctor about this. He of course told me that the pills are not safe and blah blah.. because thats his job. However, he told me that the sweating, shaking, upset stomach I felt the first 2 days was because I was releasing toxins into my system. Your fat cells are full of toxins which your body will store in the fat for.. well.. who knows how long. The xenedrine burns those fat cells, which then releases the toxins into your system, making you feel like crap for a few days. However, if you stay on it, it should not persist. If it does, you might be allergic to an ingredient in the pills and you shouldnt take them. I was sick for 3 days, and then it went away. I have lost 20 pounds, no exercise, no dieting.. just xenedrine NRG.. the 8 hour kind. I am going to start aan exercise regimine and diet plan and see if I can speed up the process.
