it definitely works, but it's very dangerous
i'm on my 6th day and I've lost around 12 pounds, but I don't feel so great. I don't have the energy to do anything and every time I get up from sitting or laying down, an extreme dizziness hits my head. I'm planning to quit on the 11th day since the dizziness is pretty much unbearable for me, and because I'd like to start being active again.  I say losing weight over a longer period of time is much easier on the body, and MUCH more healthier.

hello, me and my sis started the diet 5 days ago, let me tell you its the hardest diet we have ever done and we have had our share of diets.  i have a question if someone can answer asap that would be really great... can we have tea or coffee during the day or is it just for the breakfast.????

Hi gomezmely. when i did this diet, i didnt limit my coffee intake. but i didnt put any sugar or cream in it either. just plain black coffee.. i still lost 14 pounds. i am about to start on it again. today was my first day.. its difficult but i will make it through.

I'm on day 3...I am not adding salt, sugar, cream on anything..not even dressing on salads. I suggest one adds a teaspoon of Dijon Mustard if you want some flavour...I will weigh at the end and update you guys.

I did this Diet in 2007 and lost 9kg's in 13 days.  Repet the diet every 2 years.  It helps.

Hi guys
I just finished day 1. Difficult but desperately need to lose weight. I'm 5ft 6 and weigh 13st 11 lbs or 87.8kg. My goal weight is 9st 7lbs so I'm just using this diet to kickstart my weight loss before sticking to a healthier option. I need to fit into my old sexy summer clothes and maybe get the spark back with my man ;)
I'll keep you updated.
Wish me luck guys

Hi everyone -how much yoghurt are you allowed in day 2 lunch?
Also, has anyone tried this diet for longer than 13days continuously or maybe even done it more than once a yr at separate times? What are the effects of doing it longer? Mind you I'm only on day 2 and finding it difficult so I wouldn't do it for longer, I'm just curious.

Hi all
I'm at the end of day 3 now. Couldn't eat the tomato and celery so just had a pear. Weighed myself this morning and have lost 5lbs. That's encouraged me to go on...

Day 4, easy day today. I generally find myself not wanting to overeat or snack so if nothing else the diet has definitely changed my eating habits.
