half way through i had lost 10lb, thats 4.5KG. I'm pretty impressed, by suits actually fit!

what type of meat can I eat? can I do rib eye steak, ground beef, skirt steak. Do I have to stick to one type of meat?

it's day 3 today and for my dinner had an egg but instead of salad with lemon i had raw spinach. does it make any difference??

Just ending my first day of this diet...
I feel weak and tired...maybe because I am also sick..
but hopefully this is all worth it!
I'm 155cm and 50 kg
I'm not really that overweight but I do carry some flubber
which I neeed to get rid of
I'll hoping to lose 5 kgs
and this page has been very informative and motivating!!

i've been reading thru this and i'm so eager to start it
i'll start it around 15th jan, when i'm back to uni
are there any side effects apart from hungry? i still have to study and i don't want to risk getting so exhausted all day long

It is day 3 for me, I have so far lost 1.5kg. I am loosing .5kg a day, it's exciting to think in 4 days how much thinner I'll be. It''s amazing really. I am doing it with a friend which is a huge support. So far, I have felt fine on the diet, if anything i have more energy, I am getting loads done around the house, i think it helps me get through the diet by being busy, couldn't imagine doing this diet just sitting around. If you keep yourself flat out, you don't think about food as much. Will update every day or couple of days.

i'm doing so good
sure i feel hungry during the day, my stomach growls during lessons, hope no one hears it !!
i'm on my 6th day and have already lost 4 kg
today's menu is half a chicken, which i'm not sure how m
uch so i made 800g, which i think now is too much so i cut it down to 400g, hope it's not too much

Starting the diet today, It's been awfull not having a traditional breakfast before coming to work. I've done this diet ages ago and as fare as I remember eggs can be replaced by chicken. That's what I do as I don't eat eggs

i just finished the diet and i lost 6.5 kg.
both chicken and meat i just threw them into the oven for about 20 minutes

i used the frozen spinach, but i think boil would be better
