hey, would like to try this diet, however i see there are 2 plans, which one is the correct one to follow. 
plus coffee should it be with sugar,

Thanks Betty, what a relief! I am on day 4 and really finding it tough! But I lost 10cm so far so definately worth it! To all those doing the diet, just do it! You will be so much healthier after this, more aware of what you eat and hopefully we will all be looking gorgeous forever! Good Luck every one! YOU CAN DO IT!

i got a diet something like this..  but in the morning when i drink coffee it says no sugar.. and i can eat once slice of wheat bread.. and on day 7 for supper it' says i can eat what ever i want.. other than that everything else is the same.. it's been a hard diet.. but ive noticed my stomach has went down.. today was my third day.. i had to eat a banana im sorry i did.. and i busted my ass on the treadmill right after.. i ran a mile and a half.. im trying to run 5 miles everyday.. untill day 13.. the diet is hard.. i drink a gallon of water everyday too.. i havent added no salt or pepper to anything.. but i do add italian dressing on my salad..
also like i said today was my 3rd day.. and i weighed 196.. i dont know what i weighed when i started.. but it was probably 196 or 197..  ill keep in touch

finished day 4 and it's been hell. i work at a restaurant as a server on fri-sunday and it's the hardest thing not to munch and eat while everyone is having their lunch.
i lost about 6 lbs when i weighed myself yesterday.
i haven't added anything to any of my food. i miss flavour lol.
keep you posted.

finished day 6.
i feel like i cheated cuz i ate rotesserie chicken (w/out skin) from work then make it at home....
and i had a half a slice of toast in the morning.... eeks i hope that doesn't wreck what i've worked hard for so far...
going to follow strictly through the rest of this diet.

Hi there
All you weight loss hopefuls.  I am in South Africa and started today, a day after my birthday.  Last Saturday I weighed 71kg (my height is 1.68cm) and I am sure my weight is still more or less the same as on Saturday.  I am hoping to loose at least 5KG as I will be travelling from the beginning of March .
I have really been encouraged by all your messages and I am planning to take it 1 meal at a time so far I have had no side effects.  My motivation is to get myself a pair of size 34 Guess Jeans I am currently a size 37.

Today its my 3rd day.  I measured this morning and I AM SO HAPPY I ve lost 2.2kg and 5CM (1 from the hips:3 from waist and 1 from bust)
Please dont give up, this really works today.  Last night I was a bit edgy and moody with a headache, but this morning I woke up feeling so fine (after 12hrs of sleep) I even managed to walk for 20minutes at the gym and stretched.  I am careful not to do anything crazy which will put a strain on my system e.g. running, weights , high impact aerobics and e.t.c.
Will keep you posted.
Guess 34 (thats my goal to buy me a size 34 pair of Guess jeans )

Its my 6thday today.  The weekend was tough and I thought I would go crazy ........food and chocolate all around me.
