I'm doing good, but looking ahead...
Okay, so far so good for me, but I'm looking ahead to the time when I meet my ideal weight and I change from the plan I'm using to my own weight management plan.
I'm looking around for foods that I really enjoy, that I can prepare and eat without regaining the wieght.
I suppose I'm searching for a way to revalute my relationship with food, which for me is key to my ongoing success.

hi! i was reading your post and the thing that helped me most was figuring out exactly how many calories i need to lose weight and also how to adjust them when i hit a plateau. i have spent a lot of time reading articles and trying diets, but the thing that i think helped me the most is a software program that i bought. it calculates your calorie intake and you can create a meal plan that is customized to fit your needs-not someone else's. i think it is the best weightloss product that i have spent my money on. i have only had it for about 2 weeks and i can tell a difference already. here's the link if you want to try it out. http://binkyb.jaysonrd.hop.clickbank.net you might have to copy and paste it into your address bar. hope i helped you! let me know how it goes!
