Extreme power plus with ephedra

[b] Has anybody tried/lost weight with extreme power plus with ephedra?
I lost 5kg 11 pounds with lipovarin in 1 month but its abit to expensive to get it shipped all the way to OZ so ive ordered EPP sounds abit like duromine which turned me into bridezilla but I did lose 66 pounds in 4 months but then got pregnant and put on 75 had baby lost 10 went to jenny craig lost 20 pounds in 7 months got personal trainer (after watching biggest loser)
spent way to much money lost 7 pounds in 6 weeks then came lipovarin and now here I am at 95kg 207 pounds.
don't now if those reading where interested in reading the question that turned into dieting lifestory so I apologize
but if you have a question on any of the diets and pills that have been around for the last 1000 years i probably have info.

Welcome to the Weight Loss Forums.

Ive heard lots of good and bad things on Ephedra. I never tried it and I really can not help you but i am sure our visitors will do it.

Ephedra has it's high points when used correctly. I've used it for years and recommend it to the clients I train. Everyone seems to do just fine if they work into it gradually and start with a minimum dose. Its' been around for years and it works when you use it with a moderate exercise program and stay well hydrated. I use thermacore. And I get it fedex'ed from thermacoreweightloss.com great serv. But in the end I try and do six weeks with it and then take a few weeks off. Always works.[/b]

Ok so Im on day 4, I like this stuff gives me lots of energy My house is "VERY" clean Very Happy

I dont feel hungry at all , have to remind myself to eat
.
I have a small case of the shakes, I feel like im on duromine, but Im not moody, i havent loss any weight yet, but ill let you know.

does that product with the ephedra in it make your heart race?

Well the bottle is finished, and the verdict : 6 pounds lost in 1 month
not bad considering i took them trough xmas and new years the energy kind of wore off in the last week
didnt make me feel hungry, gave me lots of energy to begin with. and the side effects - abit jittery.
if you dont think you can handle the feeling I wouldnt recommend it.
I prefere lipovarin to this although there's abit of a price difference, but you can by it off ebay cheaper.
