Newbie to the site
Hi All,
I just found this site and have read a few of the posts. It seems like a great support site. I have been on the weightloss kick for about 2 1/2 months now. I am 39 yrs old and wanting to lose another 15-25 pounds. I started really trying to lose the weight about 2 1/2 months ago, after returning from a business trip to Florida where I gained 5 pounds from eating and drinking way too much. I started out at 164 lbs and have lost 10 lbs as of today. I have been wathcing what I eat and definetly working out more. I do Pilates, treadmill, and total gym. I like the pilates because it is easier on my knee than the treadmill. We just bought the total gym and really like that.
I want to lose another 15 by the end of July. After that I will determine if I want to lose another 10 to be 130 lbs. I am 5'5" and already feel better. I will try to post a before picture and a current picture. My husband lost about 40 lbs starting a year ago. He has hit is plateua (sp?). But he conitnues to workout every day and try to watch what he eats.

Weekly Update
Hi All,
Just figured I should do a weekly update on here. I dropped 2 lbs so far this week. Down to 153. I would like to be down to 150 by next Wendesday. I need to kick up my metabolism again. Anyone have any really great exercises for the lower abs? I have this pooch I can't seem to get rid of.
