Hello and help |
|
|
Hello all. I'm new here. Been lurking for a bit. I've been excercising and wathing my diet for about a year and a half now. Started out after a heart attack scare that turned out to be acid reflux, not plesant let me tell you.
I've lost some weight and have some to go, but have hit a bit of a snag. My weight and, I believe, metabolism have come to a crossroads. I need to add to my caloric intake in order to get through this latest weight plateu, but am not sure what to add to keep my diet going.
Currently, I eat about 2300 calories a day. I watch fat and sodium as well. Basically I'm looking for snacks that are higher in calories while still being healthy. Maybe meal replacements will help. I'm not sure.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Also, I wasn't sure if this was the correct forum to post this in so it I have it in the wrong spot I apolgize in advance. |

It is going to be a difficult challenge for you but you need to lower your calorie intake, or at least make sure you are eating all of the right foods, categories, etc for your body type. I have found sanctuary with 3 or 4 different plans, all of which worked very well for me, some better than other. What I liked about these plans was how they focused more on YOUR body and WHAT IT needs rather than some pill that helps you lose 20 lbs in three week, almost all of which you know you will put back on soon after.
