Hi there, I'm an anorexic (and I have been for quite awhile) so I think I might be able to offer some good advice. (I know its too late for you, but for anybody else reading over this.)
1- EAT MORE. I know its odd to hear that from an anorexic, but you are free to eat much more fruits and vegetables, research negative cals hun- it takes your body energy to digest these foods and in the end you burn more calories than you take in.
2- Drink lots of water. You may think you've got "water weight" but thats BS, your kidneys need water, otherwise they are dehydrated, and your body thinks its starving, so food goes to the liver, which digests less, and stores more. So drink a lot of water.
3- Drink Green Tea. Its an appetite surpressant.
4- Only weigh yourself in the morning before breakfast. Its inaccurate at any other time of day. If you eat a sandwich and then weigh yourself and you see you've "gained" five pounds, you'll freak out, but its not true! Don't let this discourage you.
5- Eat breakfast, it boosts your metabolism, after sleeping for 8 hours (which also helps you loose weight- sleep develops lean muscle) your body doesn't have any food, and thinks its starving. (Bodies tend to think they're starving a lot, but you can avoid it if you just do everything right.) So it retains food as FAT instead of fully digesting it. So definately eat breakfast.
6- If you want to boost metabolism eat a variety of foods. Your body gets used to certain foods and your metabolism will slow as a result. Switch it up- try spicier foods if you can stand them.
One last note- These are all anorexic techniques and you should realize what you are doing before you start. I know you just think you want to loose 10 pounds but after that goal is reached you could get drawn into to this extremely complicated, dangerous, yet very rewarding lifestyle. It comes with many, many health complications, and you need to consider the consequences. Be careful, be safe, and most of all- be healthy. |

YOu are NOT going to lose weight with the DIET you are eating.. YOur body thinks you are starving yourself from nutrients and things it needs.. SO Its going to store every thing you eat to use as Energy.. TRY a bown of cereal for breakfast.. A LiGHT snack (Apple) for your breakfast snack, a REAL lunch,, Protien and veggies for lunch (Apple for your Lunch snack) Dinner again Protien and some veggies and some kind of Fruit for your dinner snack...
Eat SIX small meals a day will help spead up your Motabelism and help you lose the weight you want to lose.. WIth a work out of some sort.. Try walking or jogging in place.. Get some Billy Blank CDs and do some cardio work out.. DO NOT deprive your body of the food it needs... |

| I know this is way too late, but it'll slow your metablolism so you lose slower... I do that even though it's not good, but oh well. Try drinking lots of water, eating negative calorie foods [you can find a list online easily] and exercising for at least an hour a day... this does not include walking. |
