whats hapeening please help |

im 119.5 now and iw anan go down to 110 and werslte 112 for thsi torunament in 1/22 i ahve like a week and a half and im only eating 2 bananas 1 apple and 1 carrot a day how can i lose this 10 pounds please help me i dnt care if its the unhealthiest shit
just how i run 5 miles and lift and have wreslting practice for 2 hours HELPP |

10 pound ain’t lots of weight to loose. You are saying that you want to loose this weight for a wrestling contest. On one side you are eating just fruits and veggies and one another side your body have to do severe physical activity. This means that you re also needing lots of proteins for this.
I am not a doctor (maybe you should see one) but I would try not to damage my body. The only thing that I can recommend you is to keep a strict fruit, and veggies diet. From time to time you will need some proteins so you can also eat fish and grilled chicken breast – anything that its not fat. No alcohol what so ever. Try to burn fat by cardio exercises but I thing that you already know this.
For this cases I’ve heard that Xenadrine can help you. Do to their site and see if this is right for you.

thanks guys as of now 1/12 4:45 in the aftrnoon im 119.5 i wil keep u guys posted im runin 5 miels and lifitn 2nite and runing a bit in the mornin if u guys have nemore comments please keep posting thanks
and what can i do like 2 oranges 2 apples a day? |

Boy its hard to do all the effort with 2 oranges 2 apples a day. You need to eat something if you want to exercize.

| You need to dring water. Will help you loose weight. Just do not drink it before you weight yourself for the contest. Water its good for you, try to swet as much as possibile. When you are sweating you are burning and eliminateing fat. |

| I think that you can eat as much green salad as you want. There are hardly any fats in green salad. To loose weight you need energy to exercize. |

| wel prety much im 119.5 and i ahve a week or so but yea how can i increase my metabolism at one point i stoped eating alot and had football practice and ran 5 miesl a nite and ocne i started eating a little by little i gained liek 5 poudns over a sandwich hwo can i fix this |
