12 days of training and diet result pics
A few days before I took the before picture I realized I was letting myself go and decided it was time to make a big change. I basically put a program together for myself that I would follow for 10 days (I stretched it to 12) that included training and diet. I motivated myself to stick to it by telling all my friends I would make a short documentary and put it on youtube regardless of results. Long story short, these are the results. That's a pretty good improvement in 12 days. I am losing between 2 and 3 pounds per week with my diet, exercise and the supplements I am taking. So far so good.
