Hey Folks-

Woah, I hope you all check this site out. This guy is one of my trainers. He is inspiring, refreshing and just plain cool. Brian Casebolt teaches cycle classes and has filled the classes up for years.

It is amazing that in a health club that is having less than stellar attendance, his classes fill up an HOUR prior to class. I swear, it is like Tony Robbins on a spinning bike! People drive in from Dallas (45 minute drive to take his classes).

Anyway, Brian put up a site that includes all the ways he eats and lives his life. I was skeptical at first, but seriously...each article I read is like Brian talking to me in our indoor cycle classes. He is real. He is honest.

He calls it NoJokeDiet.com . Yeah, I know that sounds cheesy, but it is totally him! And, I am not going to lie, his strategies and perspectives are something I believe we all can learn from. Anyone can get a little healthier through his strategies.
