I moved from TN to FL about 9 months ago and ever since i have changed my lifestyle to a little healthier one(atleast i presume). When i lived in TN i weighed 215 before i left. All i did was work, eat, play video games and sleep. Now that ive moved to florida i do practically the same thing but because of whom i live with and how i live now im eating differently. When i lived in TN i lived with my parents. They were extremely "generous" i suppose you would call it. Always food in the kitchen. Always made great dinners(not exactly healthy but good southern food) and never asked that i pitch in or buy my own stuff. I had just graduated highschool so it was still routine. By time i was almost 20(last november) i decided to change it all. I quit my job, ended my relationship, packed my things and moved in with my brother in FL.
Now i weigh approximately 195 lbs. Im feeling a little better but as i do push ups and such its not exactly pleasing to see myself, ya know? Because of my limited funds im forced to only buy certain things, most of which are still not very healthy and high in sodium(ramen noodles!!!). I live in a college town. Cost of living goes up and wages go down but soon i want to move back to TN and hopefully get on a diet plan before i go. If anyone has suggestions do let me know. Until next time ill leave the post with some pictures. The pictures arnt very nice because i dont have a camera but theyll have to do.

Is that a can of Pepsi in your hand? lol Step away from the sugary drinks. You look pretty fine to me but I would absolutely suggest you ditch the pepsi and beat water into you like a drought's a comin! Its the miracle fat flushing juice! It washes fat away and speeds up the metabolism. Also -might go a little way to counteractin those noodles.
Also -being from Ireland can I recommend potatoes (atkins'ers look away now!) in moderation of course. Boiled and mashed - they've lots of water and fibre in them plus uber uber filling.
Good luck anyways (ya lucky duck living in Florida -surely you should be bingeing on oranges ) |

Sorry i havnt posted on here in a while.
The reason i was holding a pepsi is because i was on vacation that week. I was back in TN with my family and we were barbecuing. I think i only had a couple pepsis but it doesnt compare to the multiple shots of alcohol i had (i know its bad!).
Since trying to lose weight ive been drinking about 80% water and the rest has been sweet tea(a binge drink). Im down to 190 lbs and look a lot better than i hoped i would around this time in my plan. Ive laid off the video games and have started playing some basketball once to twice a week for some additional exercise. Ill put a new photo for you guys.
Sorry for the bad picture but its the most recent. Im at work and starting to work up a sweat. I work at a lowes so thats partly to thank for my weight loss. |

| I just went grocery shopping and weighed in at a whopping 183. I was hoping to stay around 185 to 190 but i suppose 180 will work. |
