Ok..... Here is what i've been doing. I started off at 334 lbs, lifting weights for 50 minutes 5x a week and doing a half hour of cardio 5x a week. I had got down to 303, but went on vacation, and gained 5 lbs, Now i do weights 4x a week for at least 55 minutes, and do cardio for an hour 5x a week, and i've plateaud. BUT i KNOW my strength has increased. My bench is about 325, and my leg press max is 1,300lbs, so i know some of the reason i haven't lost weight is because i've been gaining muscle and losing fat. So i've decided to try the thermadrol because of all the good reviews its recieved to help kick start my weight loss back in gear. Let me know what you think, what you think i should do, and anything you would like to see me try.... THANK YOU!!!
