Goal: 140LB |

Hello I am new to these boards!
A little introduction:
I am an 18 year old male living in California, just recently graduated from high school and I'm going to enter college this fall. I have always had a problem with my weight and eating habits.
Goals
My current weight is 155LB
My current goal is to reach 140LB
My weight when I began my weight loss regiment 185LB
My height is 5"7
I am 18 years old
Self-proposed Weight Loss Program
Late february was when I began my weight loss program.
Exercise:
- I attend a Capoeira class for an hour and a half - three times a week.
- I walk/run about 2 miles of hills every other day.
*To supplement I also: Run 1-2 miles on the threadmill, do a few sets on the benchpress, sit-ups, practice Capoeira on my own time.
Diet:
- 1000 CAL on weekdays, 2000 CAL on weekends. (Limits not minimums)
- Breakfast & Lunch (skip dinner)
Includes:
- Lots of greens - spinach, brocoli, lettuce as well as carrots throughout the day - these are your cravings fillers
- Canned goods - Tuna & Corn (protein & carbs, also easy to count calories)
- Fruits - oranges, apples, grapes, strawberries, bananas, melon, watermelon.
- Breads: Whole wheat bread as is (sometimes)
- Meats: Turkey/ham slices as is (sometimes)
- Naughty foods - Combos (burger/fries/soda), subway, restaurants, ETC. (Yes these CAN be eaten! Problem is one meal can be up to 1500 CAL! This is your breakfast, lunch, dinner all in one...nothing else may be eaten afterwards)
Ending notes
I didn't think it was possible to lose so much weight - but I stayed determined and gained control over my hunger. Wish me luck on my way to 140LB . Any tips/advice would be appreciated. |
