hi im 15 and im overweight and im tired of feeling ugly i dont like having a boyfriend cuz they like 2 touch 2 much and i dont feel comfortable anywayz is their a a diet pill that is safe for me.

you have to count calories..it really is simple sceince...burn more calories through exercise ...than you consume....but never not eat..that will only make it worse..and lower your metabolism...make healthy choices...limit fat sugar...no real soda..
