I've been taking 1/2 a 37.5mg phen tablet in the morning and again in the afternoon.

I remember there was some conversation about this on a thread a while ago, but I couldn't find it.

I seem to be plateauing...I've been taking phen for about 3 months, lost about 15 lbs but recently have not been losing any more weight.

Do you think its because I split the pill? Has anyone else had this experience?

Hi Skinnyjeans - I've been taking the same mg for about six months now. At times I've taken half a pill for the whole day and at other times I've split the dosage like you did. After a while your body gets used to the phen and it becomes a little less effective. But if I stop taking it for a little while or reduce my dosage, it usually works like it did in the beginning when I return to the full dosage. (I hope all that made sense )

Plus, the first 10 pounds or so that we lose is usually the easiest b/c it's mostly water. Congrats on your 15, by the way! Are you exercising as well? I'm trying to get over a plateau in my weight loss right now too and that's the only thing that's getting me through it. I hope that helps!

I am exercising about 4x a week. I'm scared to ease off but I will try if it will help in the long run for phen to keep working

I got the mp 273's this time, I'm used to the A 159's so maybe the different pill will help also?
