well. believe in yourself. :]
personally, for me, I think of my 2 year old daughter. I think "I want to be alive for her, I don't want to develop diabetes or high blood pressure. I want to run in the park with her without getting winded and having sweat drip down my face (gross, I know)."
Just think of something that gives you will power...that's my advice. |

starting some crazy diet may by difficult so just start slow and ease into the weight loss by only drinking water instead of soft drinks.

| Diet quick fixes are never the answer. The best bet is to eat sensibly and exercise regularly. I know you want to get rid of the pounds right away, but if you want to keep it off, you need to do it the right way even if that means it takes a bit longer. |
