The message I received came from this address: rbranchmd@msn.com
It looks like to me that someone from his office sent you the message, which is why it says "on behalf of". I've not gotten correspondence from that particular return address but I have received messages on his behalf from someone else in his office, usually it was Betty before she left. |

I got this e-mail too.
I told you guys that what Dr.B was doing was highly ILLEGAL! Everyone just said im an a-hole for saying it or that I was being a hater.
But nobody wanted to listen to me... now the DEA has all your information, your names, your addresses, etc....
I hope Dr.B goes down and I am writing the DEA. It's pathetic that they would shut down the reputable online pharmacy's (ccbasket, anyone?) and let people like this Dr.B run around charging people for a "weight loss program" and abusing their status as a doctor to write prescriptions to people he has never met.
Incase any of you are wondering - if you ever read that ccbasket indictment you would notice that the #1 reason they got shut down was "Prescribing medication to people WITHOUT SEEING the doctor. |

Dr. B. helps people with weight loss. The medication he prescribes only recently has become federally monitored, probably because the government wants in financially.
Don't you think people will find alternative ways of getting phen? I certainly think Dr. B. is the best method when you compare other alternatives.
Well, just think. You can be a big shot now. Goody for you. Unfortunately, it'll probably be the first time in your pathetic life that you'll have an effect on anyone. |

Hello Forum funmeisters,
O.K. I have spoken with several in fact all three staff members and the receptionist of Dr. Branch's office today and this is a email that is in fact legitimate.
The whole problem stems from some of his impatient patients! 
These patients are not giving Dr. B and his staff enough time to call in their prescriptions!
They do not want to wait the {3} days that it takes to prepare their prescriptions and some of these Yahoos have turned on him! Calling the medical board!!!
It seems that these "clients" feel that Dr. B and staff are magicians or something.
It is my feeling that {3} days is not a helluva lot of time to wait for a prescription.
So, people lets cut them some slack here, Dr. B is doing us all a great favor helping us to get healthy.
Trust me, This man is not out to steal your 75.00.
I am confident there are some very wise people here on this board and not everyone has been this nervy,
But to those who have done this(And you know who you are) Please Cut it out!! Just Stop it!
If your need for this medication can not wait the 3 days that it takes for his staff to verify your information and deal with your pharmacy of choice which is required by law anyway, Maybe you need to seek help for something else.
Dr. B and his staff are working hard and I have complete confidence that they do their absolute best in serving their patient's needs.
I just wish them the very best and hope for a positive resolve. |
