Side effects from Y-Guy's M273's? |
|

I was really excited to get my cookies from Y-Guy this wk. I took one yest. and within 2 hrs I was starving. I tried the small meals twice and I was still craving food. Later that night I started to get extremely depressed for no reason. I would just sit and stare and not want to talk. Has this EVER happened to anyone else? I going to try another cookie and hopefully this one will have better results. From what I've read in the forum the Y-Guy seems to have a good reputation and I know he's only selling the cookies the baker gives him. Marie, his assistant, said they stopped making the A159's when I asked for those.
Thank you. |

I started lurking here to see if others had this effect too. Hence my username! I'm a happy person, so I was bummed to be feeling so somber. It seems more pronounced for me when I don't follow what my doctor wants me to do with meals (mainly regarding be sure to eat breakfast). With his plan I eat a small breakfast like cereal and milk, with a piece of fruit. About 1 to 2 hrs before lunch is when I take my pill, which makes it possible to eat the salad I'm supposed to have without taking someone's arm along with it Taking it later also gives me a bit more staying power through dinner time. I think later evening will always be a battle for me. I lay out this plan only because I don't know exactly why it helps so much to keep me on an even keel...just that it does. He also has us take Saturdays "off", and take just 1/2 pill on Sundays, and those are very unhappy days for me. I am happiest midweek when apparently my phentermine levels are more steady. Hang in there, be healthy, and hopefully you will find your "groove"! |

THANKS for replying. I didn't take one of y-guy's cookies today, I didn't want to be bummed out with the start of the week-end. Have you ever tried one of those Slim Fast Bars that curbs your appetite for 4 hrs? I ate one with a cup of coffee and it's been 2 hrs and no hungries. From 7pm to 9pm is the worst time for me to get thru. I can usually get by with a HUGE bowl of popcorn popped in olive oil.
However, I can't help being a little disappointed in the cookies y-guy has to send us. Maybe he doesn't know what the baker is baking. |
