January 21,2008 I started out weighing 191lbs and being only 5'5" you can just imagine what that looks like, let me just tell you it's not very pretty. A friend of mine told me about a doctor who she had been going to. So, I called made my appointment, he started me on phentermine and a 1200 calorie diet. I thought to myself there is no way that I am going to be able to stay within 1200 calories a day, but I was determined that this was going to work and was tired of being over weight and miserable all of time. The first month was not to bad, I had lost 15lbs. and from that time on it has just got easier and easier. So, here it is July 18,2008 and I am so excited to tell you that I am at a healthy weight of a 146lbs. I still have 15 more pounds to go and will have it gone soon. That is amazing progress, congratulations tjphelps! 1200 calories a day is not easy no matter if you're on phen or not (in my case, anyway. I just love food too much!). Keep up the good work and thanks for the post.

Yes this is for real!!! I am now finished with the phentermine and on the next step. I am now just on a maintence Presciption called Bontril.

Dr. Cherkassky is my doctor as well. This guy is amazing. His program and services have finally helped guide me in the right direction. I am lighter and healthier than I have been in years. I can't say enough good stuff about him, his program, and his staff. Keep up the good work and congratulations on the progress.
