Hoodia Grodonii

Hi, everyone I am new in this forum but i think I will be useful. So my first question is about Hoodia, because these pills helped me to lose 12 lbs. Is anyone try it?

I'm a new to hoodia and was wondering how much hoodia is best? I order Hoodia at Costmeds.com I've read two pills 1 hour before meal is good. Is this enough to not be hungry?

The Hoodia is a little tricky because there are many Hoodia Gordoni pills out there that aren't necessarily "as advertised." The Hoodia plant is from a specific place in Africa and has been know to have "generic" versions of it produced. What I mean is there are distributors that grow the plant elsewhere but ship it from this region so that the pill maker can state that this is real Hoodia from Africa. While "from" in this case means it was shipped "from" Africa not necessarily grown there. Do your homework on strengths (%) and authenticity. I believe the real Hoodia does have weight loss capabilities and is worth trying.
