Just stop drinking beer LOL
I know it might be difficult to give up beer. I love beer so if you can't give it up, just start exercising, do sit ups, do daily jogs, join the gym, or whatever. You can't lose your beer belly if you sit doing nothing and drink beer. You need to stay active all the times. Maybe you can join a gym? I know memberships can be expensive; look for a sale or deal you can afford.
Good luck!

to cut the calories. One of the main reasons why someone gets a "beer belly", is because of the excess calories. Realistically, if you want to get rid of the "beer belly" you'll have to cut down on the beer (or the excess calories). You'll need to start buring the calories so they can't be stored as fat...
Here is a new thread about this beer belly problem:

any weight loss is a matter of calories in < calories burned. and you can't really target an area for weight loss (ie situps to burn belly fat), so just try to find excercise activities that are fun for you and cut cals. i love simple stuff that doesn't require lots of equipment, like walking uphill or body weight excercises like pushups, but everyone has their own preferences.
