| Pasta is my downfall. Salty snacks at night. I KNOW I can lose this weight if I could just control my cravings. I've searched for just appetite suppressant by itself but haven't found anything thats really that strong. I've read almost all of the posts. If there is a doctor on this website I'd appreciate some info. Thanks |

Well, I am no doctor but let me share my story with you (I'll copy and paste from my other post so I don't have to type it all over again)...
I have been on a roller coaster ride for the last week trying to find something that would work for me. Lipovarin had all the potential, but after taking it I realized the caffeine would not agree with me for medical reasons. Ultimately what my main problem is is snacking. I have not found anything yet to control my insatiable appetite. In fact, my husband's pet name for me since high school has always been "greedy monster". Cute, huh...well, I started on Hoodia yesterday and I tell ya what, so far it is looking like a miracle for me. I am a very skeptical person, so it takes me a while to be a full believer, but no doubt this stuff works. I just need to see if it will continue over the weeks. I've lost 6 ounces since yesterday. We'll see... |

| So blakbuttafly how are your results? I've been using Hoodia DexL10 and it really helps to curb my appetite. Which helped me to evaluate why I eat. Its a hard thing to have to really look at yourself, but if I want to this weight to be gone for good I have to. |
