Hi everyone, I'm a 22 y/o female, and I have been on some medications this past year which brought me from a borderline 155 to a frightening 205 lbs. This was in almost exactly one year, and diet/excercise would keep me EXACTLY at the same weight from month to month; Without either, I gained 8-10 pounds a month.

At any rate, I am now off this horrible medication, and am ready to really start dropping the weight from the 200 I'm at. I'm engaged, and I want to look good for my wedding in another 2 years. I need to lose at least 50 lbs, but would like to lose 60 or 70. I have a gym membership and would like to combine my healthy diet and excercise with a diet pill.

However, I have Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, and I noticed how much caffeine is in Lipovarin. Caffeine can raise anxiety levels and cause some pretty bad problems. I can drink up to maybe 6 cans of coke without having anxiety attacks, but that's still under 300mg of caffeine.

I was wondering if anyone has tried taking only one dose per day instead of two? Or two doses of TWO pills instead of two doses of THREE? Is this even a plausible idea, or should I start searching for diet pills with less caffeine? Has anyone noticed (even without an anxiety/stress-related disorder) any heightened anxiety, jumpiness, irritability, shaking, heart palpitations or other problems?

I appreciate any ideas or comments you guys can offer. Thanks!

Definitely don't go for the crazy caffeine you'll just be setting yourself up for a possible melt down. Its safe to say you've probably gone through quite enough as it is. Try Nutralean 6in1. It has green tea and a milder natural caffeine Yerba Mate. If anyone has any suggestions please post.

Well, I've never really heard of NutraLean... Have you tried it or known people who have had success with it?

I hate even thinking of taking stuff with caffeine in it, but I've never been over 160 lbs before this last year, and I'm so unhealthy! I really need to drop a lot of weight. If NutraLean has a good reputation, I'll give it a try... Do you know if it's generally available in GNC-type stores, or just online?

I haven't noticed any jumpiness or anxiety at all, but I can also drink a lot of coffee without noticing anything either. I've taken 2 pills instead of 3 for the doses.

But if you're suffering from PTSD, I would talk with a doctor before you take anything. They may be able to prescribe an anti-anxiety pill that also promotes weight loss to combine with a diet pill. Lexapro has worked well for people I know, who gained weight on other meds.

When I was at the Vitamin Shoppe, I happened to overhear another customer asking a salesguy which diet pills did not have caffeine, and he suggested 7-Keto. 7-Keto I noticed afterwards is also an ingredient in Lipovarin, but I guess they also sell it separately.

You can get it online, just type in nutralean 6in1 in your browser. I liked that website explained what the ingredients are for. I've decided to order it tonight, it has a money back guarantee so I'm game.
