3 Weeks Until Vacation

I just ordered lipovarin. It should arrive early next week and then I have 3 weeks to get in shape for florida. This is my first vacation in over 10 years and I want to feel great! I am 5'7 and approximately 180 lbs. I know I am not going to lose a tremendous amount of weight before vacation but I hope to lose some. I've never taken lipovarin before. Is there anything I need/should know and any other advice?

You'll do great! Whatever happens be sure to really ENJOY your vacation, its not often we get to take those. lol

Welcome to the Weight Loss Forums.

Here are a few things that may help you with Lipovarin:

1. Read the ingredients before you start taking Lipovarin and make sure that you are not allergic to anything.
2. Start with a lower dosage, 2-3 pills per day.
3. Do not take Lipovarin after 4 o'clock or you may experience insomnia.
4. Drink lot of water, it really helps.
5. Follow a diet and reduce your caloric intake.
6. EXERCISE this is the most important part, start a cardio weekly routine and you will see great results.
