Hi, I'm starting Lipovarin today. Two pills in the morning and two at night (I work third shift). I will be also following the South Beach diet.

So far I feel great, no jitters.

I'll try to update as much as possible, at least once a week

I guess that if you work night shift then you can take pills at night. I was freaking out when you wrote "and two at night"
