Hey guys, i just ordered lipovarin because i wanted to lose some extra weight. im 5'0, 18 and i weigh about 118 and i wann lose about 15lbs especially off my hips and midsection!. dam being a girl haha . i was wondering how many pills i should take a day? 2 in the morning 2 in the after noon? after breakfast and dinnner or what? or shud i take the recommended dosage of 3/3? im used to caffeine so i dont think side effects will be much of a problem since i drink caffeinated green tea everyday. thankss

Go with 2 in the morning and 2 in the after noon for the first days and see how is going.
