As for me...I had a delightful break and I am back to tapping. My butt has completely changed and lifted. I am developing better abs than I had as an aerobics intructor when I was 19...I'm 31! I will have to do all my measuring and get that up here! My 4's are tight in the butt still but the waist and thighs are much looser!
I will be indulging in steak and Cabernet tonight! THEN, I am off on a mini-vacation.
Will post my measurements when I get back!

happy valentine's day
listen guys i fell off yesterday for valentine's day becus my husband took me out to eat but i did choose roast turkey with good vegetables and mash potatos but it was not too much. but i did treat myself with a fudge sundae with whip cream but it was a two scoop. i feel a little guilty but not too much becus this if the first time i fall like this but its okay cus right now i am going to my basement and work my ass off down there. thats were i have my equipments. it was only one time and now im back to my daily excercise routine. hey but i did do my excercises yesterday too. today i have alot going on. have to do my excercises, dress kids for school, test at college today, go pick up application for corrections officer thats what i want to be, help my daughter with a project and cook later before i go to school. tell me guys how rough do i have it. have fun with the excercises guys. ps. my husband brough me a big box of chocolate guess what it's not open. so im happy....tomorrow i will weigh myself at doc and i will post on here... bye  |

Hi Everyone,
Well this week has been tough. It's so hard to get back in the swing of things. I haven't been able to work out since I've been sick so that doesn't help any. I want to start taking Lipoavrin again when I get completely better. I feel like I need that jump start again.

16 1/4 INCHES lost!
My 4's are on butt not LOOSE. I still have to go to every other day to get where I want to be.
BODY DEFINITION -My obliques are more defined than I have ever seen them. The protruding upper abs that I normally get when exercising a lot are NOT there..thankfully! Visibly my hips, butt, and thighs are the most improved.
HOWEVER, we all know that I am a TERRIBLE dieter. I was the WORST during this process. I ate out a LOT more than usual due to family things and being lazy. I never gave up wine with dinner. I know I can drop 4 more inches if I just modify the diet a bit.
I am now going to Tap every other day and on my off days I am going to walk on the treadmill at the gym. I am still not modifying my diet but I will give up alcohol for 2 weeks...CAN YOU BELIEVE IT!
So my goal is the same....loose 4's by the end of the month BUT I am now on an every other day schedule and no alcohol.....THAT'S GOING TO TOUGH! LOL!!

Sienna78 I so HEAR YOU!
I went on a little break for a week or so too. I just wasn't motivated to do a thing. I am fortunately back on track. The most irritating thing is that every day I decided not to work out I was riddled with guilt alL day long. It just would wasn't worth the agony!

| i need a kick in the butt as i have been sick with the flu and actually gained 2 pounds the past 2 weeks! but i'm still wiped out and feb is a short month so i think i will wait til the march challenge and nip this in the bud now before any more damage happens. |

| hello friends...okay here is an update on me...i have excercised this week but not too good yesterday. i only did 20 min walking i guess thats cardio. this week has been a little messed up since i saty with the kids early . my husband just went back to work (landscaping) it's a little hard to excercise around kids. so this week i have excercised but i think it was not like other times where i was very concentrated. ok i think it was last week i weighed 237. my scale today says 234. but like i always say i wont believe till i see it personaly at doc office. earlier today it was at 232.5 but i wanted to make sure before i post it here and now it says 234. but atleast its a couple of poounds lost i know...guys right now i have to change everything around. i have applied for police or corrections...there will be a physical fitness test. has to do with running and the whole nine yards just about everything. i am a little scared. when i was younger i played softball for nine years straight. i was one of the fatstest. today i do excercises but i have not started the running or jogging. this is my challenge...i have not ran since i can remember a long time maybe years ago. i have lost alot of pounds. but i am scared to try because when i did try before i used to get very fatigue and my heart beats very fast but is that normal for the heart to beat very fast while the body gets used to it? remember i was much heavier before. i started this diet and excercise i was at 257 now i am at 234. i have to do this becuase of my health , children, career. but i would help a little if someone let me know. is it normal for the heart to beat that fast while jogging. i have not ran in so long that if i try too and i feel this way i might get scared and stop. i have a couple of months before they send me an examination date for test (police or corrections officer) so i have all this time to get ready. thats why i said i was going to change everything around. i am going to try to do the excercises required for me to know the date of physical test. it do say practice and get ready ahead of time for when the test comes i will be ready. i am proud of myself though for accomplishing my goal of losing AT LEAST 5 POUNDS OR MORE IN A MONTH. SOMEONE LET ME KKNOW ABOUT THIS OKAY. |

Hello all!
I am really back on the wagon!! I started another bootcamp to get back into the swing and I got right back to my fitness level in 2 workouts. The tape measure proved it. I ate out almost every day during my break and it's all gone.
Sienna - where are you?? Just order t-tapp...it's so much easier than all that other stuff and dieting just BLOWS!
NEWS!! I got asked to send in my testimonial and picture for t-tapp so when it gets published I will send the link! That's pretty cool! Now I just have to either take a suitable picture or find one.
We are nearing the end of February....has anyone besides Bibi achieved their goal?? I have a few more days and starting another bootcamp..you never know!!
Bibi - your heart would beat really fast even if you weighed 120. Your heart is a muscle too. If you haven't really pushed it as running DOES, you are going to feel the burn. If you did run when you were younger, you know that point you reach where your face feels like it's surrounded by fire and your chest hurts....then once you run past that point it feels like you can run for 20 miles. DO NOT go for that out the gate. As a matter of fact I would try sprints...run for 20 sec...walk for 30 and repeat for at least 20 minutes. The next week run for 30 (and I mean RUN) and walk for 30. Once you get up to running for 60sec and walking for 30sec and can do that for 40min. THEN I would try full out jogging non-stop for 20min and increase your time each week.
There's my 2 cents for what it's worth!

Lipotestor--Well I'm still here. Its just been a hard month. I weighed in at 172 today. So no I haven't made my goal. I'm looking forward to March's Challenge. It's great to hear you & BiBi are acheiving your goal this month. I'm sorry Lipotestor can you tell me what you order from T-Tapp again? They offer a lot of different programs. Why do you think it's working so good for you? I would love to try something new but not spend a lot of money. THanks
