| Quote: | Bibi - your heart would beat really fast even if you weighed 120. Your heart is a muscle too. If you haven't really pushed it as running DOES, you are going to feel the burn. If you did run when you were younger, you know that point you reach where your face feels like it's surrounded by fire and your chest hurts....then once you run past that point it feels like you can run for 20 miles. DO NOT go for that out the gate. As a matter of fact I would try sprints...run for 20 sec...walk for 30 and repeat for at least 20 minutes. The next week run for 30 (and I mean RUN) and walk for 30. Once you get up to running for 60sec and walking for 30sec and can do that for 40min. THEN I would try full out jogging non-stop for 20min and increase your time each week.
There's my 2 cents for what it's worth!
Christine
what do you mean run real fast...is it run as fast as i can ro jog and stop for 30 seconds then jog...? please let me know becuase i am interested in your idea...thanks |

Hello All!
Light - I'm not sure I have a before picture that is suitable. I took pics of my tummy and butt in jeans just so I could see the difference. I'm not sure you want to post a (butt before and Butt after..lol)I have an after in gym clothes though.
Sienna - I was all over the water this month too. I ordered Instr #1 and Instr #2. You may be able to find them cheaper on ebay? I did see a few there that were like $40 compared to the $79 for both on the t-tapp site. It works for me bcz I don't have to diet AND I'm burning fat AND toning my muscles AND stretching with one 50min workout. It could take 2hrs to do that at the gym combining cardio, floor work, weights, and then separate stretching. You know how I feel about weights and I noticed my butt getting toned but bulking up when I used the elliptical trainer (YUCK).
I also love the fact that when I reach my goal, I can drop down from every other day to 2X/week.
Bibi- I'm not sure which Tae Bo workout you are doing but if it's the Advanced one where you do cardio and then end up doing floor work... Then at the end you do that little pick up the paper exercise - THAT WORKOUT WILL KICK YOUR BUTT! It is one of the only other workouts (besides t-tapp) that I have done that really worked on my target areas (butt and thighs). I just burned out on it, it's so intense that I really have to be motivated to do it. HOWEVER, I wouldn't do the entire video every day....
....Do the cardio every day and then only do the floor work every other day. Your muscles need a day of rest in between to recover.
AS FOR ME - I am tapping away and yesterday I got up at 630 did t-tapp and then took my girls to Pump it Up which is a giant warehouse of bounce house contraptions. We bounced for 2 hours! I was so SORE last night. It was fun!!
Have a great weekend!!

on my scale...even though i may not believe it but everytime i go to docs office it does say the same thing ....so therefore i guess i should start believing my own scale...huh...guys my weight is just coming off so fast i cant even believe it...clothes that i used to wear when i was at 257lbs...now fit me loose...i dont want to really start buying clothes yet cus i want to loose the weight but with my clothes feeling like their hanging i think i should right...i am so happy...when i go in 3 weeks to my docs office i think i will lose about another five pounds but who knows maybe ill be wrong but the weight is just sliding off.my goal weight was by the end of march to be at 230 pounds i think however ill be at 220 pounds or less.i am almost done with this short term goal weight when i do reach 230 pounds i will do another short term goal weight.
so far for the month of febraury only i have lost a total ofWOW 13 pounds... i keep yall posted okay |

Well,
as I write my final entry it's that TOM so I have no idea what my body is really doing until it ends. LOL!
I know that I am not yet loosely inot my 4's and I stopped and started my routine a FEW times this month.
I guess we should join LUCKYSMILE in the St Patrick's Day Challenge and then just keep going until the end??
Does that sound good??
TO MARCH!!
