I can't tell you all how much it helps to see and hear your stories!!

Let's make a new goal for February.....there is plenty of time before that dreaded bathing suit season!!

My goal is drop 1.5 sizes I'm doing T-Tapp so I'm not supposed to watch weight. The 6's are a bit tight. If I am back in my size 4 Calvin Capri jeans..I'll be happy!

I am currently working on a 14 day bootcamp and February 1 will be day 6. EEK!

I'm sore today! The T-Tapp trrainer keeps urging me not to do 14 days...that 4 is sufficient to lose 2 sizes and then every other day. The big mantra with them is "Less is more".

However, I have eaten anytime I want since Friday and I have continued losing inches. My jeans 6's aren't tight and I've even lost a few pounds. Not bad! I'm finishing and then I'll relax a bit...maybe every 2 days.

I want to see some GOALS!!

That's great Lipotestor!! Applause I looked up T-Tapp it looks interesting but which one did you order? Guess what I weighed in at, 169lbs!!!! It's crazy how it goes up & down & it's that time of the month!! So did you completely stop taking lipovarin? I stopped because I've been sick but once I come back from vacation I'm going to start it again. By then I'll be feeling better so I can work out. I'm kind of interested in that T-Tapp. So please give me some more info, thanks a bunch!!!

My goal for February is to lose 5lbs!!

I'm in for the February challenge.

I came up 1.5lbs short of my goal for January, I know if I would have started out the month watching my diet and exercising the way I was at the end of the month I could have made goal and with luck lost a little more.

So I'm ready to make a new goal.

Current weight: 213.5
February Goal: 203
Overall Goal: 170

HELLO TO ALL BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE...just want to look around n see whats been going on guys i have stuck to my excercises for the first time. i never in my life thought i would be doing excercises and its paying me big time. with my weight. guys i have not chaeted my diet no junk foods at all. i look forward every week because i have a 6 month calender i made with the excercises that i would e doing everyday. i have already completed 1 month 5 more too go. in march if i go down to my short term goal of 230 pounds i will reward myself with a 4 mile walk in a park yeah thats sounds hurtful but i have always wanted to walk this park and i made that my special goal for march... i started out at 257...check it out.... Wow!

Welcome aboard Nette!

Nice to see you back Bibi - all you have to do is set an amount to lose by the end of February...like 6lbs or so. I would choose less than your 1st month weight loss since that tends to be the biggest drop for many people.

Sienna78 - Thanks! Congrats on 169!!! I ordered the Total workout with Instructional 1 and Instructional 2/beg/rehab. I haven't taken Lipovarin in some time and with T-tapp I really don't think I'll need it. It's that time of the month here too and my jeans are more loose today than yesterday AND I had pizza last night! I'm really sold on it. The fact that I can eat without worry is such a relief!

OK, so day 7 down! 1/2 way there!!! WHEW!

lipotester05... I have been reading your postings about T-Tapp. Would you recommend it to others? Did you purchase the videos or are you going to a gym for the workouts? I don't know much about it but have just done a little research. It looks like it might be something that would work for someone just starting out or someone who has been working out for a while. In January I started working out at home following a kick boxing DVD and a Dance Aerobic workout. I enjoy both but wonder if there isn't something better I should be doing. Any information you could give would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Nette

Hi Everyone!!
Well I leave for my country vacation tommorrow!!! I'm excited to see some of my family & not have to work. (My brother & his wife & kids just move to Tennesse.) I'll be gone for over a week but I'll be back. I'm not going to be able to work out but I will watch my calorie intake & try to do a lot of walking. So I hope you all have a great weekend & week!!!

WOW!

I have been doing this a full week and I did an inch loss check

9 7/8 INCHES LOST ...almost 10 inches!


My 4's are on but tight....my 3 / 4's are also on and I didn't even think about getting back into those.

HEY FRIENDS...i hope everyone is doing fine... Crying or Very sad aw i feel so sick and so do all my kids with a bad cough...ok someone tel me can u still burn cal if your not excercising?i took off today because im sick and i always take off tomorrow...but can i still burn cal and lose weight...because my scale says im at 241... but ill believe it when i see it at the doctors office. but guys a couple of days ago i was at 245...maybe its my workouts or something check it out... Pray from monday thru fri...40 min of cardio...3 sets of push ups at 10 reps each...i do weights only mon,weds,and fri...3 sets of 10 reps...then i have this bun roller equipment...3 sets of 10 reps...and on sat i only do cardio 40 min...now i think that if i am at 241 its going mighty too quick do u guys agree? however i also watch what i eat...no junks and only water evryday thats it water...and guys this is wihout lipovarin i am not taking any meds...so do anyone knows or what but if i keep on this way ill reach my short term goal of 230 pounds in no time...plus its that time of the month too..i mean i thought that can slow u down well ill keep u all posted see ya...but when i hit the 230's ill be happy

Still going and I shortened my workout today so I could play 1 1/2 hours of tennis with my Dad. He ran my BUTT off. It was so much fun and I powered the ball...undoubtedly from my newly acquired t-tapp strength..LOL!

Hi Bibi - you absolutely can still lose weight while you are not working out. Your schedule is great and hard work. You have gained muscle which burns more fat by itself...you are sick..and there are residual effects of your recent workouts!

[u]hello beautiful peoples..[color=blue][/color ok just writing to say how i feel...energized ever since i started excercising . i think it's starting to be a habit for me to excercise everyday. even though i think i am losing pounds to fast though. i weigh my self almost every two days and i do it because i cant believe my scale. ok guys today my digital scale says 240 and a half. so that means that i lost 5. last week i was at 245 when i went to the doctors. ok but i am really going to find out today in the doctors office and once i weigh myself in there. i will post it on here ok. last month i lost a whopping total of 12 pounds. which made me feel so proud of myself and gave me the motivation i have right now. my doctors said in feb 16 to go back to see how much i'll lose. he said it should be between 5-10 pounds in one month. this month my weight started out at 245 and if my scale is right and i am at 240. guys right there only in one week i lost 5 pounds. and i think it is the excercises along with my eating. i have made DRAMATIC changes in eating habits. guys i only drank sodas and coffee everyday. one day i decided to give all that up and started drinking only water. for alot of reasons and i proud of myself because i always thought i'm fat and i might as well be fat forever but then i started thinking i went to the doc and my cholesterol was high he wanted to give me meds and i said no. therefore i decided to excercise and eat right because the doc said if i excercised and i said no. so those are one of the reasons i decided to start this goal. i always wanted to do this guys but i never knew how to start it. i mean there is so much that i want to say to yall but i think i filled up the board but listen everyone i dont like to take pic. ever. but i promised everyone in here that if i lose alot of pounds i will post a before and after pic. on here so everyone can see me. i will do this for yall because you guys are the ones who are motivating me right now. Very Happy i am so happy i found this sight.[/i]
