DAY 9
Weighed myself this morning - weight loss 0 weight gain 0. Spent a good hour on the cross trainer at the gym lastnight. Don't know how good these pills are yet... I suppose only time will tell. I will be weighing myself on Friday again.
There may be several reasons for my slow weight loss... a)I'm expecting my period this week and am usually a couple of lbs heavier at this time. b) I have been going to the gym regularly for the last 3 months and am visibly gaining muscle which is heavy.
Let's hope that when I do start losing then it'll go fast. |

DAY 10
Couldn't resist it - weighed myself this morning. Think I may have lost another 1lb - not sure really as my scales is not digital. I have to get a new scales but I'm fearful that if I do I'll actually be heavier than what I think.
So, in 10 days I may have lost 3 lbs. That's not bad. At least it's going in the right direction. I start my aquadrine in 2 days so I'm really excited about that. Let's hope all this optimism pays off![/url] |

Day 11
Wow, is it day 11 already? It's just as well I post here as I would have forgotten that I need to start taking the Aquadrine tomorrow!
Didn't weigh myself this morning. I had a job interview and when I put on my "interview suit" it was swimming on me! At the time I didn't appreciate it as I had to rush around to find something else to wear but now I'm thinking it's great. The last time I wore it was only in December so it hasn't been that long.
The nervous jittery feeling that I got from Lipovarin at the beginning has completely worn off now. I don't have any side effects at all. Even the energy has levelled out a bit. I hit the gym lastnight and didn't think that I'd make it through the session but once I started there was no stopping me.
I really haven't dieted this whole time. I've just been more conscious of what and when I've been eating. I don't want to try any crash diets because I don't believe in them (I know... ironic that I'm trying the "rapid weight loss program" - I suppose I'm really trying the pills to give me a proper head start into losing a bit of weight).
I'll be weighing myself in the morning before I start the aquadrine so I'll let ye know how it all goes. |

DAY 12
Weight loss: 3lbs
I attribute the weight loss mostly to the water I retain the week before my period so even though it seems great now, i'll have to see it stay off to believe it!
I started the aquadrene this morning but took them before breakfast by mistake instead of afterwards. I'm sure it won't make much of a difference.
I'm going out for dinner tonight which will be difficult. I intend to go for something nice and light but I know that when I look at the menu I might change my mind! I hope that I have the will power. I will be drinking wine too - does anybody know what effect that has with the pills if any?
Just in case I don't get to post over the weekend - have a good one! Will be back on monday. |

I see that warning guy has been trying to take over the forums. That blatant advertising campaign of his would turn me off his product rather than get me to buy it.
What an idiot |

Hi shell, I'm following your story as well and it's been really encouraging. We have similar stats, but I'm 5'2" and I weigh 132. I just ordered the Lipovarin a few days ago from amazon.com and I expect to have them today! Maybe I'll start posting my progress too, but I'm concerned because I will only be takin Lipovarin. Should I be doing the 3 week rapid weight loss package or can Lipovarin alone be good enough??
Thanks and keep posting! |

Hi Lis322,
Thanks for your post!
I think that Lipovarin will be fine on it's own. To be honest, there really is no such thing as "rapid" weight loss! If you exercise and watch what you eat then I'd say that Lipovarin would definitely help you lose weight. Without exercise I don't think anything would work.
I'm sure if you put your mind to it anything is possible. Good Luck with it. Let me know how you're getting on. I might keep taking Lipovarin after this 3 wk program. I'm looking forward to hearing what you think. |

Hi again!
Well, I'm going to the Vitamin shoppe by my house to see if they carry Thyrotril and Aquadrene, I might buy though. I've read such great reviews on the system so I want to give it a try. If I get the Lipovarin today in the mail, then I will start tomorrow. I have been eating really well and working out the last couple of weeks, I just need something to give me some extra energy. I will definitely let you know how I am doing. Btw, did you lose another 3 lbs., which makes 6 lbs. total? That's really great.
Also, I did send a PM to the admin about the bot Warning!, it appears to be online pharmacy. It's gotten really ridiculous, I don't know why some ppl waste their time doing that.
Have a great weekend! |

Day 16
Haven't weighed myself this week yet. Will tomorrow though. Didn't make it to the gym during the weekend but had a good session lastnight. Unfortunately I think I may have to take a couple of days off of the pills. I have a medical this Friday for a new job and I'm afraid that there may be something in the pills that would show up. I know that there's nothing illegal in them but there's a high concentration of ingredients in there that I'm afraid may look bad in the medical.
Does anyone know anything about this - all advice appreciated.
I don't want to stop taking them as I feel great taking them. I intend to take them again as soon as it's over for the next week. I also may continue to take Lipovarin for a while on its own afterwards. I don't know yet if it's good for weight loss but it does give me incredible energy for work and the gym. |

Shell,
If your medical involves a blood test then its better to take a short break. |
