Just found this forum. And I am here because I want to lose and keep the weight off.

I have been taking Solo Slim for 1 1/2 months and have lost my first 20 lbs. I was skeptic when I first started using this, thinking another pill that wont work but it really cut my appetite and my cravings. I am a emotional eater big time.

I have not gone to the extra strength pills, but I feel I might need to before long.

I am pleased with the results, and want to know if anyone else has used these pills and if so, what have you done or not done.

i was stuck for about a year. i quite smoking and the weight packed on like crazy. my sister in law gave me some extra strengh sol slim pills, loved them bought them and so for ive lost 15 pounds! my start weight was 160 now 145. its only been a month. the only downfall is that it makes me sleepy but it works! i was working out before i started taking these pills and i havnt lost a single pound i started taking these pills and it just started to melt off without going to the gym because like i said it makes me tired..... very happy with these result ill be happy to lose 10 more pounds. im 5 5" so i think if i lost more than that ill look too skinny. i only take them 4 days a week. monday-thursday... i consider fri-sunday my cheat days but my appitite is still very low. makes me very thirsty though.
