OK, after reading you guys' forum, I am optimistic about losing weight with Lipovarin. I orderd the 3 week plan, and hopefully it'll be here in a few days. However, I am worried that after I get off of it, the weight will come back with a vengeance. I have started (since last week) doing cardio everyday, and strength training a couple of times a week; I know that will help tremendously, but my problem is I have HUGE appetite and love to eat (I'm from the South and fried, greasy spicy foods are my weakness). After I stop taking the 3 week rapid weight loss meds, what then? I need to hear from some of you guys who are no longer on the stuff? Where are you know???? Thanks in advance and I look forward to sharing my journey with you all. (I know that sounds cheesy, but I'm excited, okay...)

Welcome to the forum.

After finishing any type of diet you need to watch out your caloric intake. Your body will act normal, if you will eat healthy you will not gain weight.
