I got this information off of the fill-pill website for anyone who was curious.
http://www.fill-pill.com/
The Fill Pill™ is an advanced formula that both suppresses hunger and aides in cleansing the digestive tract. The Fill Pill™ contains a special 0 carb/calorie soluble fiber that expands to 50-plus times its size when mixed with liquid and aides in normalizing blood sugar levels by cleansing the digestive tract of toxins and fats. One double-blind study showed that individuals taking this fiber consistently lost weight over a 3 month period compared to those who didn’t.
How Does It Work?
When you take 4 of The Fill Pill™ with 16 oz of water your body is getting dietary fiber from glucomannan, glycosides from caralluma, along with vitamins and calcium. The combination of the expanding properties of the glucomannan in water along with the glycosides, vitamins and calcium fool your body into feeling full. Since your body requires calories for daily activity and The Fill Pill™ has none it will look to your fat reserves to get the calories it needs to function. This will cause a rapid loss of fat and in turn weight loss. |

Good morning, Punch!
I use glucomannan all the time (the main ingredient in the Fill Pill). Works great for me so that I don't gorge - as long as I remember to take them and drink until I slosh when I walk. You can get straight up glucomannan pretty cheap. Look here:

I didn't see the brand I use, which is called Glucopsyll. It's also got psyllium husk in for extra *fiber*, but I'm sure any of them would do the trick.

| Thanks sugar. If you look at the fill-pill site, you have to take 4 pills at a time 3 times a day!! I am not a fan of pills to begin with, so to take 4 in one sitting would be horrible for me. I will have to check that link out more you posted. |

Hi Sugar,
Thanks for the info, I knew absolutely nothing about this pill, So is it a over the counter type thing then or is it like a prescription pill?
I am like sanderson, I cannot stand to take pills! blah! eew! especially really BIG ones.
I wanted to tell you all that I thought I would give the Alli a try (without phen) and had my husband go up to buy some a couple of days ago.
Big Mistake! That stuff is just wretched! I followed everything to a T.
And it was just ---BAD.
I just cannot understand how the FDA can put this
stuff on the market with a straight face?!
Phen is a cakewalk (pardon the pun) to this!
My advice is: People, do not waste your money
on this crap. oops did it again! my bad..
If you do decide to take it. Be close to the
"facilities" so you are able to keep it under control
If that is EVEN possible, Not to be graphic but you would need buns of steel to do that!
I threw it all away.
Let the trash man take it home to his wife |

I guess I am the only one already taking the Fill Pill |
|
|
Hi,
So, I have been taking the Fill Pill for about a month now. I got it off of their website at www.TheFillPill.com. I was originally looking for other people who had had success with the Fill Pill, but it seems as though I am the only one already taking it.
Lets see- Punchie- It is over the counter. It seems fairly same as it is mostly fiber with some sort of appetite suppressant similar to Hoodia and vitamins. I don't think there is really anything dangerous about it that I know of.
As far as taking pills, I found it easier to take than fiber suppliments, such as Metamucil, which is what it basically seems like. I did take a couple of the capsules and empty them into water to see what it would look like when mixed with water, and it resembled green Metamucil. If you really don't like swallowing pills, you could always empty the capsules over some applesauce or something similar and gulp it down, as long as you follow it with water. I haven't tried it, but there was an article almost a year ago in one of my magazines (Self or Shape or one of those) about glucomannan, and that's how they recommended taking it.
My experience with the fill pill has been good. I haven't been taking it as regularly as they recommend, but I usually remember to take it be for dinner, which is usually when I tend to eat the most. I noticed that I can't even finish half of my dinner. Overall, Ive lost about 5-8 pounds over the last month (depending on what time of the day I weight myself). I haven't really had any negative side effects. Its a lot like taking a glass of fiber suppliment before a meal, but I could never take metamucil, because it would cause me to bloat up and get gassy.
Anyway, for what its worth, that is my experience so far with the fill pill.
PS- I took Alli also, and never again. I was scared to get more than 10 feet from my bathroom. |

| Don't know if they are the same but when I used to go to a diet doctor, he used to give us what he called fillers along with vitamins at each office visit. We were supposed to take them an hour before meals and I took them a few times but mostly threw them out. The pills were so big, and because I really didn't know what the contents were, I only used them a few times. I remember a few people saying they did help curb their appetite by giving them a fuller feeling before meals. |

Full Bars? |
|
|
This is entirely different in delivery from the Fill Pill, but the same premise, I suppose...has anyone ever heard of or tried Full Bars? I came across them on ebay as I was looking for protein bars, so I looked to see if there was a website with more info. This is it: http://www.fullbar.com/
It's obviously something to fill you up so you won't eat as much. What I'm wondering is if they are edible? There are so many gross bars out there that are hard to gag down. Anyone ever try them? They kind of appeal to me b/c they seem like you might be able to use them as meal replacements. |

I haven't tried them yet either. I was kinda hoping to get some feedback on taste since I'm pretty picky. From the list of ingredients, it certainly looks like you could eat them and be on phen. I think they're really just full of fiber that will expand in your stomach to create a feeling of fullness. |
