What has changed from the regular Ephedra to XIMO Golden Ephedra?
Is it still as effective as it was?

There's been a lot of confusion about whether ephedra is legal or not.
Many people mistakenly believe that the FDA banned ephedra.
The FDA has never banned ephedra.

Ironically, the confusion is in large part due to the fact that the FDA posted an article
(which does not have the force of law) on its own web site in which they used the
terms "ephedra", "ephedra alkaloids," and "ephedrine alkaloids" interchangeably.

Actually, in 2004, the FDA banned the sale of dietary supplements containing
ephedrine alkaloids because those products cause jitteriness, ncreased
blood pressure and heart rate, and sometimes even heart attacks and death!

The fact is that the FDA never banned ephedra. Ephedra is -- and always has been --

Be forewarned though.  If you take too much Ximo, you will have WAY too much Energy, and May do things like Organize those socks you've been throwing into the drawer for the last year without matching them up, or completely organize your garage in just 4 hours.

About the Ximo, well, let me tell you.
I got a sample from a friend. I got the 16 oz bottle and 9 pills to try. I am miss sceptic and over analize everything. I did my research first and made him send me a detailed list of ingredients. I looked through my own personal herbal library and looked up their scientific names for each. Mind you, none of the ingredients in the product are synthetic like others.
Now, after trying the drink the first day, I took 2 oz, and it was super sweet (didn't tell me that at first lol) but has no calories or sugar. In about 20 minutes I was definitely feeling the effects. Stayed with me for about 5 hrs. I did the liquid for about 3 days, 2 oz in 8 oz of water. Was much easier to swallow. I also filled my water bottle - 36oz - with 2 oz of Ximo and the rest with water for the afternoon at work. I will say this, it's effects did not build up or wane after on it for a few days and I could sleep through the night like a rock for the first time in 6 months. 
I started the pills that Monday. 1 in the morning around 7:30 and then another in the afternoon around 2pm. I hadn't had the munchies all morning and after lunch I was fine. And this is off of just one pill. I was the ephedra queen back in the day being able to down 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon and this did it in one dose? The next several days I followed the same routine and it never lost it's effects. I think they have actually found ephedra from the past and cloned it's twin.
I was doing the math on this stuff - liquid version - verses the other energy drinks out there. Think about it. A Monster(most popular brand) is almost $3 a can. On the back of the can it says "serving size 8 oz - calories 100". I don't know anyone that only drinks 8 oz of that stuff, do you? 24 oz can is 300 calories, roughly. On the Ximo "O". I know some people that drink on the average 2 a day of Monster/Rockstar/Redbull. That is 6$ a day! Ximo is $8 a bottle retail, contains 8 servings per bottle and recommends 2 servings a day, the equivelant of 2 monsters a day, but with a bigger and longer lasting kick. 
Monster 2 x $3 = $6 x 4 days = $24
Ximo 2 servings a day for 4 days = $8
Savings of $16!
The pills come in a 90 day pack. 1 pill in the morning and one in the afternoon is good for me and I am not sensative to stims so 90 divided by 2 is 45 days worth. If you take 4 a day then you have 22.5 days BUT you can sub in between with the Ximo drink if you want, which I like. I have been using this for about 2 weeks and still am feeling it's effects with each dose. No, I don't sell it nor do I have a site. I just really like the stuff and coming from someone that has tried them all, this is the stuff. (Insert Geico lizard lol)
Give it a try. There are distributors popping up everywhere that are willing to send you a free sample of it. If you don't like it then chuck it, but if its free, no money lost.

Ximo is a great product. I tried it for the first time this week and knew I had to make it part of my daily life. I'm an active person and I like that Ximo is finally a product geared toward active people not just sick or unhealthy people. I took some before doing a 4.5 mile trail run yesterday and have never felt stronger when running. There's no better choice for safe ephedra pills than Ximo.
