Hello to all did it ever accure to anyone that you may have just funded a daughters collage fund . Tom may be the mother who thought up this wonderful weight loss plane to fund her childs Education.She takes your order and you money and moves on to another website leaving the buyers hanging. Advertising is not what it use to be and everyone is on this loss weight while being a couch potatoe fad. There is NO SAFE DIET PILL, NO EASY WAY TO LOSS WEIGHT it takes time effort and exercise PERIOD.

Hello everyone I just started taking the EPH on Monday 10/2/06 and I've lost 2lbs. I dont have headaches, I'm not shaky or queasy. I tried Zantrax 3 and was extremely queasy. I do run for 20 min a day and take my dog on a walk 10-15 minutes a day. I recently changed my eating habits. I drink water, crystal light and those sugar free on the go packs. I don't fry food and I've cut back on sweets. I try to eat whole wheat and low fat foods and snacks. I'm going to be honest I changed my eating habits about 3wks ago. Since then I've had Taco Bell once, Rally's once, and Pizza twice. I have eaten healthy since starting the pills though. I will try to keep you posted on my progress

i think some people on these posts are full of sh**! There is no way you can work out for hours a day eat right take the pills and still lose nothing! If you are you need to see a doctor and see if you have a tyroid problem or another condition! Or your not being telling people the truth on this post. I have lost 100 pounds by myself and i know the claims your making aren't true, so don't dicourage other people just because you can't stick to a diet!

Another thing of course you can't eat what you want and do no excersize you should want to just for your health, but i think these pills can give you the push that you need to change to a healthy lifesyle.

So don't let these people on here discourage you because there probubly lying about there eating habits anyways!

Hey everyone!

It does work! It says to take 2 to 3 pills a day, and I normally just take one! You just have to stop thinking about eating (at least I do) and the pill will do the rest. It is weird because sometimes my stomache will growl like it is hungry, but I really dont feel like I am hungry.

I take this pill once a day along with doing the slim fast diet. Together they work as a great team! I would recommend this to everyone!

I just read the first few posts on here but I wanted to just say that I've been taking these pills for about 8 days and I've lost a total of NINE pounds so far. NOTHING has ever helped me to lose weight like this and I feel great. I don't feel jittery or light headed like other diet pills have made me feel. I only take 4 a day - 2 when I wake up and 2 around 2pm. I LOVE Them.

I am on a mission to lose 90 pounds and nearly 10 of it is already gone! I'm so happy with these pills. I hope the rest of you have as much success as i am so far!

I have 2 friends, (husband-wife) who have been on EPH 200 for 5 mos. The male has lost 48 lbs., the female has lost 62 lbs.
No drastic diet changed; (watch inyake of white flour, sugar, reduce intake of fruit juices and high glycemic vege's) especially late at night.

I lost about 20 pounds in the first month. That was great and got me all excited. However, after that (I have been using it for about 6 months), I just came to a standstill. I do not gain back the weight I lost, but I can not seem to lose anymore either. But that could just be me. I was really impressed with the ability to lose quite a bit of weight and not gain it back for 6 months. That is more than I can say for most of my dieting plans. But the idea that ordering their $90 quick loss program and expecting to lose 80 lbs....I am not so sure about that. I am on my third $90 program, and still sitting at that happy 20 lb loss.
Like I said, it was nice not to gain it back, but I was hoping for more of a loss.
