I JUST READ ABOUT THE "MIRACLE DIET" IN WOMEN'S FIRST MAGAZINE. I CALLED THE 800 NUMBER AND THE REPRESENTIVE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. SHE WAS VERY ASSURING AND SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT SHE WAS TALKING ABOUT. SHE ALSO TOLD ME IT WAS A MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. i just received my eph200 package. i ordered it last saturday and received it today in the mail. suprised it took less than a week to receive them. will check in in 3 days to tell you all of my progress. the directions state to only weigh yourself every 3 days so will be back in 3 days.

and my opinion is..ephedra is ephedra..
why risk buying from some werid website that moves around when there are good reputible places online to buy ephedra?
how much better can it be?

some ppl have personal favs, we all do, maybe we like bitter orange with our ephedra, maybe we prefer such and such you know, but for the most part ephedra is the part that actually works , the rest is more preference I think..well maybe other then the willowbark/aspring/ guaranna/caffiene, those do seem to help
but almost all ephedra products come with those..

so dont waste money or your account number chasing down some strage ephedra based product when there are plenty online that work just fine.

I can almost promise you this one isnt going to be any more special then the others, they were probabbly just hoping that most cosmo readers wouldnt realize that the ephedra ban is off and you can buy all sorts of ephedra products online, you just have to dig around a bit..

In March of 2004 I had a major heart attack and the only risk factor I had was being a loyal user of Metabolife. I had just turned 30, weighed 128 lbs and took only 2 pills a day( they say you could take up to 8 a day). The bitter orange in many of these products is also known to cause blood clots. I also never thought anything could happen to me and let me tell you, I almost died. I am a lucky one. People do die from this stuff. They do. True, ephedra products rock, they do work. But horrible side effects are not as rare as you might think, just ask my cardiologist (who I still frequently vistit, 2 years later). I have young children and I garantee that they would rather have their mom a few pounds overweight than dead. Please don't think this can't happen to you. Keep in mind you could also have a clot and not die, how about a stroke? That could leave you forever paralized. Find another way, please. Any ephedra like products are flat out dangerous. People are down on the FDA ban, but in this case, the FDA has had many reported incidents like mine. I have to say that the moment I heard of the ban, I jumped on the internet to stock up on Metabolife with ephedra. A week later I was in the ICU. I am worried about this happening to more people who are victims of our messed up body image culture. Be healthy and smart. Dumb, skinny or dead is not sexy!

What a horrible story Melissa! Thank goodness you're okay. But.... It's very easy to say 'don't take ephedra' when you're a 128 lb woman! I'm very sure your family would rather have you fat than dead, but I'm sure no one in their right mind would call a woman under 130 fat. I'm sure all you had to do was go to the gym and tone up. Try telling desperate 250 lb women that you were hospitalised, and they'll say 'What were you doing taking pills, anyway?! You were already skinny. I'd KILL to be that thin!'

Hi everyone. I just wanted to say that I ordered these pills several weeks ago because of an ad I saw in Cosmo. Then doing some research I found this website. I just received the supply and I'm anxious to find out what happens! Tomorrow will be my third day and since Amber is gone I'll try to post my results. Hopefully they will be good! The only side effect I've noticed so far is that I have to pee a lot...must be clearing out all the excess fluids. But I'm thirsty so it's not like I'm getting dehydrated or anything. And just for the record - I ordered the radical weight loss portion.

the post that melissa p wrote scares me a bit. i've been exercising intensely for 3 weeks now and watching the way i eat. i weighed 198 and am 5'7". i dropped 9 pounds, but three of those were in the last four days using eph 200. But I noticed that my skin is more sensitive and today my hands and feet were pulsating? This has to be a dumb question, but should I send it back for my money-back guarantee? Do people REALLY die from taking four of these a day? I'm only 26, I just need someone to tell me not to take them I guess. I am able exercise excessively, but my appetite has always been uncontrollable.... Thanks for the support.

Guest, the people who had/have problems with ephedra most likely abusing it. Not eating, not drinking enough water, taking too many pills and/or mixing different pills with the ephedra. Yes, ephedra is strong, but if you use common sense, you shouldn't have a problem. Unless, of course, you have health issues before you take them. In that case, it would make them worse.
