It all depends on your body. its way easier to loose 30 pounds from 200 then loosing 30 pounds form 100.
Anyway, you will have to keep a diet and do cardio exercising (jogging, treadmill, bicycle).
Good luck. |

| That all depends on what you like to do and will stick with. You can either go to the gym or try some new sports. I like going dancing at the bar I stopped doing that and I gained 60# over a few years. Just because one exercise works for someone, doesn't mean it's for everyone. Alot of people think running is one of the best, but for me I rather get liposuction than be forced to run for 30 min, but I will go out dancing whenever I can get a babysitter. |

| the best way to drop 30lbs fast is just like this.......You must do 30-45 mins of fast walking as soon as you wake up in the morning. You must drink all your water with lemon or lime and a min of 8 glasses a day. No more than 30 grams of fat intake per day and a 15-20 min power walk at night. No milk, no bread, no mayo, cheese. Stay away from sugar and don't add salt to anything. Take a herbal weightloss supplement as directed by a healthfood store. Pre packaged and portioned meals are the best way to go. Read the fat grams on everything! |

Lots of aerobic exercise. You can choose which you like but an Elliptical Trainer really works you! It burns alot more calories than just walking does. I do both. I am kind of exercise obsessed but here is what I do:
Elliptical for 30 minutes MINIMUM. I work my way up to an hour and 20 minutes. What I love about the Elliptical is that it is not boring like a treadmill. I just love it! Hehe. After that I go walking for about 20 minutes. Then I do a belly dancing video that mainly works out your hips, buns, thighs, stomach, and arms. It's alot of fun. It's the Goddess work out by Dolphina. After I lose all of the weight I want I tone with weights. It's alot about toning once you've lost or even while you're losing. You can be the skinniest person alive and still have cellulite! I also drink water alot and of course no bad foods!
But it's mainly all about you and your body type. You have to work your way up with exercising. The more you do it the longer and more you can do. At first you may think it's really hard and that you cannot do it but that will pass. I suggest a low carb diet to go along with exercising!

What worked for me... |
|
|
Last year, right after Valentines Day (Chocolate intake guilt), I decided I was going to work on getting back to my pre-baby weight. I weighed 129 before my children. And, I actually did it. And, it was pretty easy. I just did the Denise Austin program, on TV, every morning. It's quick and fun. And, I didn't have to go to a gym. Now, I take a supplement but don't exercise because of my son's schedule. (Just an excuse) The supplement is really working for me too. If I can just get myself to do both at the same time, WATCH OUT! You can lose the wieght, it just takes a commitment. I was surprised at how easy it was. |

1. Keep your metabolism up! (Eat every three hours fruit, yogurt, sm. salad, anything healthy as long as you're eating every three hours!)
2. No carbohydrates after 4! I know, it's hard to turn down a pasta dinner, but there're plenty of other non-carb dinners to have: chicken, fish etc...
3. 60-90 minutes of cardio PER DAY! At your target HR! If your HR isn't at it's target rate, it's a useless workout! (Find a good supplement i.e. any diet pill that will give you the energy you need to do the cardio!)
4. Water (I drink 96oz./day=3 Nalgene bottles) and green tea are you friends! No pop and don't bother with diet pop either.
5. Get a measuring tape and record your measurements once a week! The scale can be really discouraging, and if you're losing inches you need to know where and how many!
6. DON'T GIVE UP!!! YOU'LL DO IT!
I need to lose 30-40 pounds myself, and I live by these rules. So far, I've lost 10! |

| I have lost 30 lbs, in a month and a half, I am on a VERY strick diet, that has alot of protein in it, and lil carbs, and lil calroies. i get about anywhere from 600-800 calories a day. I burn 500 calories on a exercise bike just bout every day. I try to do 20 or more sit ups everyday. I have one day a week, where I can have a splurging meal, like chinese food, it makes my cravings go away for the rest of the week! and helps me maintain my diet. |
