Hey, Cath, I guess I could help you out with some info. I heard about Glucofast and I did some research few months ago, though I never got to try it because I couldn’t meet anyone who actually used it . But maybe this could clear up things for you.
Glucofast consists of exclusively natural ingredients, lacking any form of chemical compounds, stimulants or artificial additives. It works by boosting up metabolic energy, which translates into fat burn. There are also available some clinical trials developed on Glucofast’s efficiency. One double-blind placebo study conducted by Oscar Deerfield, Health Advisor in MicroNutra Health, on 90 patients with overweight problems, required patients to take Glucofast twice a day for eight weeks. In addition, they had to practice light physical activity and keep a reasonable diet (I guess that means no food excesses ). It turned out that 97.6% of all subjects taking Glucofast experienced increased energy level, an overall sense of improvement and weight loss of up to 5% of their weight. The placebo controlled group revealed no significant change in their initial parameters. What really impressed me when I read the results was that there were no side effects reported!
The main idea is that Glucofast heals insulin resistance completely and increases energy levels, determining healthy weight loss.
If anybody knows more or tried it, I am very curious to learn about it!

That’s the first time I hear about it, honestly ! But it sounds like a good way to shake some good pounds away! I scanned the info Cyrill put down and I got the impression this is great for (pre-) diabetics, right? Don’t hesitate to post more about it, please, I’m interested!

Hi everybody! This is my first time on your forum (which looks very friendly and tight, by the way), and I’m happy to share some of my experiences and hope to help you as much as I can! I work in the food industry for almost 20 years now and 6 months ago I found out I had serious premises for diabetes.
